Navigation
MINEO organizes everything around projects, and all navigation happens in the left sidebar: the project selector at the top, the project sections in the middle, and the organization selector and user menu at the bottom.
When you sign in, MINEO takes you straight to the last project you visited. If none is available, you land in your last organization. Use the project and organization selectors to move anywhere else, or press Ctrl+K to search.
Project selector
The top of the sidebar shows the current project's avatar and name. Click it to open the project menu:
- Projects: The projects you can access in the current organization. Click one to switch to it — the current project is highlighted in bold.
- Favorites: Hover a project and click the star to mark it as a favorite; favorites are listed first. The star button next to the search box toggles Only favorites. The choice is remembered in this browser, so if the list looks short, check that the filter is off — an empty list shows The favorites filter is active.
- Project settings (gear icon): Shown next to each project you can administer. Jumps directly to that project's settings.
- New project: Create a new project, up to your plan's limit (organization administrators only).
Next to the selector, the search button opens the search bar and the collapse toggle shrinks the sidebar to icons only. When collapsed, click the project avatar to expand it again.
Search (Ctrl+K)
Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on macOS) anywhere in MINEO, or click the magnifying glass next to the collapse toggle at the top of the sidebar, to open the search bar. Type at least two characters to search the current project by name (case- and accent-insensitive: "horo" finds "Horóscopo"): your threads, Assistants, files (notebooks, folders, links, workbenches), Live apps, Pipelines, Dev environments, Data sources, and the sidebar sections themselves. New conversation is always offered as a quick action.
Use ↑/↓ to move through the results, Enter to open the highlighted one, and Esc to close. Results are grouped by type, up to 10 per group.
Search matches names only, not message or file contents, and it lists only the threads you created. The magnifying glass is hidden while the sidebar is collapsed — use the keyboard shortcut instead.
Sidebar sections
The middle of the sidebar lists the project's sections: Home, Explorer, Threads, Workspace, and more. Which sections appear — and in what order — depends on your role and the project's enabled modules. See Projects → Modules. A small progress bar next to Threads shows your AI budget; hover it for the breakdown. See Your personal view.
Organization selector
At the bottom of the sidebar, the organization row shows the current organization's name and plan. Click it to open the organization menu:
- Invite members, Organization settings, and Upgrade plan: Management actions, grouped under the organization's name (administrators only).
- Favorites: Click the star next to the current organization's name to mark it as a favorite. In Switch organization each row has its own star, and favorites are grouped first. The Only favorites button next to the search box works like in the project selector. Favorites are stored in your account, so they follow you across devices.
- Switch organization: Your other organizations, plus New organization to create one.
Switching organization takes you to your last visited project in that organization, or to its first active project. If you have no visible project there (for example, an administrator who manages the team and billing without joining any project), MINEO opens the organization settings instead and the sidebar switches to organization mode: the project selector, search, and project sections disappear, and the sidebar lists the organization's tabs (General, AI, Workspace, Team, Projects, Plan, Activity, Advanced; Integrations for administrators). Pick a project from the Projects tab, or another organization, to return to project mode.
Members and viewers with no visible project in an organization land on a No projects page instead: it names the organization's administrators (with their email) so you know whom to ask, offers your other organizations that do have projects, and a Check again button to retry once you have been added to a project.
User menu
Your avatar sits at the very bottom. Click it to open the user menu:
- My profile: Your account settings, with a Light/Dark theme switch on the same row.
- Active sessions: All your running worker sessions (every member's sessions, for organization administrators). The server icon next to your avatar opens the same view and shows the count when sessions are running.
- Online now (organization administrators only): The Wi-Fi icon next to your avatar opens a list of organization members currently connected, with a refresh button.
- About MINEO: Version, who makes MINEO, and the terms and conditions.
- Logout: Sign out of MINEO.
