Project accounts

Accounts connected at the project level, shared by everyone in the project. Set them up once and any Assistant in the project can use them.

📄️ Google Drive

Let an Assistant read and optionally write files in your organization's Google Drive. Drive access is a reusable connection: configure the credentials once under Project settings → Integrations (or Organization settings → Integrations to share it with every project), then select that connection from any Assistant.

📄️ SharePoint + OneDrive

Let an Assistant read and optionally write files in a SharePoint site or a user's OneDrive. Like Google Drive, it is a reusable connection configured under Project settings → Integrations (or Organization settings → Integrations to share it with every project) and selected per Assistant. Authentication is app-only through a Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) app registration.
